The part nobody has explained
Everything your business touches is made of code. Your website, your emails, your ads, your bookings, your invoices, the spreadsheet the numbers live in. An agent that writes code can build and run anything.
Nobody has explained this to you because almost everyone explaining it is talking to programmers. This page is written for the person who owns the business.

This course is not about how to use Claude Code.
Anyone can learn to use Claude Code, at any moment, and the same is true of every coding agent. The course is about what you do with one: the agent operating system we build on it for your business.

I am the bridge between you, your business, and the world of technical AI.
By the end of the half day, your agent is a contact in your phone.
It has its own machine, its own email address, and its own thread in your Messages, all set up in the session. Six things get handed over:
A Mac that stays switched on. It keeps working after you close your laptop for the night.
A real identity in its own name, so the machine, the messages, and the files belong to the agent.
Mail arrives addressed to the agent, it reads what comes in, and it replies.
Text it the way you text anyone else in your phone, and it messages you back when something needs a decision from you.
It gets the accounts you choose to hand over, one at a time, and you can take any of them back the same afternoon.
AirDrop it a contract, or email it the spreadsheet, and it picks the work up from there.
You can reach it from anywhere. Message it from an iPad in a hotel room and the machine at home does the work.
The machine itself is small and silent. A Mac mini sits on a shelf or behind the TV and works around the clock. When you want to see what it is doing, screen share from your laptop or iPad and watch it work.
I run mine from my phone through ShellDrop, an iOS terminal app I built for exactly this and put on the App Store.
The AI brain can be swapped out instantly. Sick of Claude? Swap to Codex or Grok.
When a smarter brain is released the swap takes one second and your partner is sharper from the next question on. Same identity, same email address, same memory of every client and every decision, and nothing gets re-taught. It has already happened several times in this practice: a new model ships in the morning, and by the afternoon the same agent is simply sharper, without one file changing. The knowledge sits in files you own, so every brain that follows inherits all of it, watching and experiencing its evolution yourself is astonishing.
First the operating system, then your first app
The operating system goes in first. Then we build the first version of an app you actually want, together, in the same session.
Say a Monday morning page: a private page only you can see, where the agent reads the spreadsheet or the bank export the business already keeps and turns it into the picture you want at the start of the week. What came in, what is owed, and which quotes are still waiting on an answer.

- The starting line
- We begin by opening Terminal, the black window, for the first time. Zero is the starting point and I teach from there, so you do not need to arrive knowing a thing.
- The machine it lives on
- The system stays on your machine and keeps working while you are away, so it needs one that can stay on around the clock. A Mac mini does that job and is cheap for it. The recommended setup is a Mac mini M4: 16GB memory minimum, and 1TB of storage is worth having.

What you walk out with
At the end of the four hours there is a system running on your own machine.
It has read how the business makes money, who the clients are, how you talk, and what is on this quarter. Every answer starts from that, so you stop re-explaining yourself.
Every client, every project, every note lives in files the agent reads before it answers. Ask what happened with a client eighteen months ago and the answer comes back with the detail.
Emails, proposals, follow-ups, quotes. Your voice is written down in the system, so what comes back sounds like you wrote it on a good day.
Drop in a spreadsheet or an export and ask what changed, what is working, and where the money actually went.
Ask for a dashboard, a review page, a small internal site. You describe what you want and watch it get built during the session.
For the two weeks after the session you can message me on WhatsApp, for the questions that come up once you are actually using it.
This practice runs on exactly this system. One person, no staff. Client work, the numbers, the ads, the emails, and the pages on this website all run through that system.

The Terminal, from zero
Never opened Terminal? Start here. What the black window is, how to open it, how to move around, how to log in to another computer from it, then installing Claude Code and loading it up. Nobody is expected to arrive knowing any of this. By the end of the morning the scary black window is your favourite tool on the computer.
The memory system
Plain text files, nothing exotic. A CLAUDE.md that teaches your agent how your business works, plus a notes file for every client and every project. This is where the agent stops being a chatbot and starts being your operator. Everything sits in files you own, on your machine, readable in any text editor.
Your operator menu
A menu that opens with Terminal, so the whole system is one keypress away. Clients, projects, jobs you run every week, all on the list. Small thing to build, and it changes how often the system actually gets used.
Build pages and local sites
Point the agent at a page and it gets built. Landing pages, a dashboard for the week, a review page for your numbers, an internal site that lays your information out exactly how you want to see it and how you want to show it to other people.
Run the business through the agent
The part that earns the fee back. Drop your numbers in and ask the questions you would normally save for your accountant. Summarise a contract or a long report before the meeting. Write the email, the proposal, the awkward reply. Ask for a straight second opinion on a decision, with the whole business context already in the room.
Anthropic's free academy, and this course
Anthropic runs a free academy for Claude Code and it is good. It teaches the tool properly, at your own pace, for nothing. If learning the tool by yourself is what you are after, start there and keep your $2,000.
This course builds your system. Your business goes into the files, your clients and projects go into the memory, your first app gets built while you watch, and the questions you ask are about your own numbers. Two seats, four hours, and me on the call with your screen shared the whole way.
The tool is the same tool for everyone, and the tool keeps moving. The system on the other end of the half day is yours, and it carries over to whatever you swap in next.

Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to be technical?
No. The course is built for owners who have never opened Terminal. We start by opening the black window for the first time and finish with Claude Code installed and running on your machine. Zero is the starting point and I teach from there.
I have only ever used ChatGPT. Is that enough?
Yes. That is the starting point the course is written for. Asking for what you want in plain English is the part that carries over, and everything technical is shown to you on the day.
What do I need on the day?
A laptop, the Zoom link, and four hours where nobody needs you. A Mac is the smoothest path and what the course is built around. Claude Code also runs on Windows through WSL, so mention Windows when you book and we sort your setup at the start of the session. The system lives on that machine and keeps working while you are away, so it needs one that can stay on around the clock. A Mac mini is ideal for that and cheap for the job: the recommended setup is a Mac mini M4, 16GB memory minimum, and 1TB of storage is worth having. Have it set up and online before the call, and make sure you can already reach it, either screen shared in or with a keyboard and mouse on it directly.
What do I walk away with?
Claude Code running on your own machine, a memory system in plain files that teaches the agent your business, a Terminal menu that opens all of that with one keypress, and something you built during the session. Plus the way of working that keeps the system useful once the Zoom call ends, and two weeks of WhatsApp access to me afterwards.
How much does the Claude Code course cost?
$2,000 AUD per person for a scheduled cohort: half a day live, two seats, 9am to 1pm Melbourne time on Zoom. A private one-on-one session at a time that suits your timezone is $3,000 AUD. Both are paid by card on this page.
Where does my business information live?
In plain text files in folders on your own machine, which you can read, edit, back up, or delete. When you ask the agent to do something, the relevant parts of those files go to Anthropic to answer the request, the same way any AI tool works. Nothing gets published anywhere, and you decide how much of the business goes into the system.
Can I attend from outside Australia?
Yes. The course runs on Zoom, and every date on this page shows the start time in your own timezone underneath the Melbourne time. If none of the scheduled dates land at a workable hour, the private session runs at a time you choose.
What if I get stuck after the session?
For the two weeks after the session you can message me on WhatsApp. After that, reply to any email from me and ask. For a bigger piece of work, the advisory engagements are the deeper version of the same help.
What if I cannot make the date?
Your seat easily moves to a new cohort, or a private session to a new time. Just reply to your confirmation email and I will sort the new date.
Am I locked into Claude?
No. The system is plain files on your own machine plus a way of working, so the agent on the other end can be swapped. Claude Code is what it runs on today and what I use every day. When something better arrives the swap takes one second: same identity, same email address, same memory of every client and every decision, and nothing gets re-taught.
Is there a Claude Code certification?
There is no formal Claude Code certification from Anthropic, and this course does not issue one. You leave with your own agent operating system for your business, something you built during the session, and the skill to keep building. A signed completion note is available on request for anyone who needs one for L&D records.
