You have questions about AI. Expensive ones. I have answers.
You're about to make AI decisions that cost six figures if you get them wrong. I work with AI tools every day at Northbase and across my own businesses. When I advise you, you're getting someone who already knows what works and what doesn't.
The companies that get AI right in 2026 compound that advantage for years. The ones that get it wrong spend those years recovering.
You don't need more AI information. You need judgment.
A consultant sells time. Reports, assessments, slide decks. By the time the report lands on your desk, half of it is obsolete. An advisor sells judgment. I work with this every day. You're paying for practical experience, not for someone to go figure it out.
I ran businesses for 15 years. Photography, education, marketing, web, SEO - all of it, myself. I know what it's like to be the person doing everything manually. Enterprise tech before that - Hewlett-Packard, Siemens. I left tech, built my own companies, came full circle back to AI.
The cost of getting AI wrong isn't what you spend. It's what you lose while your competitors figure it out first.
What I do.
Strategic Assessment
Half-day. You tell me what you're dealing with, I tell you exactly what to do. Which tools to use, what to stop paying for, where the real leverage is. You leave with a written strategic brief. The session ends, and you execute on your own.
Full Advisory Session
Full day, plus 30 days of direct access to me afterwards. Everything in the assessment, but I stay with you through execution. When your team hits a wall, when a vendor pitches you something, when a decision needs to be made - you message me and get an answer. The difference between knowing what to do and actually getting it done.
Retained Advisor
Ongoing access. Quarterly deep-dive sessions plus async between them. AI changes monthly and your strategy should too. Think fractional AI officer for less than the cost of one junior hire.
